Stop the cadence and surface the real thread in Today.
The first 12 seconds
Today is only the visible surface. Underneath, Norbelys protects the relationship and carries the context forward.
The message joins the exact person, mailbox and conversation.
The enrollment becomes replied and queued follow-ups are cancelled.
Human intent is separated from auto-replies, bounces and complaints.
Campaign, step, variant and sending mailbox stay with the thread.
The real thread opens with its reply composer ready.
Reply routing
A reply is not a single automation. It is a decision: stop, wait, suppress, protect or put a human into the conversation.
Stop the cadence and surface the real thread in Today.
Move the next send beyond the return date and valid send window.
Stop the active cadence and keep the history without inflating wins.
Suppress the person and cancel future outreach across campaigns.
Keep it out of positive-reply reporting and reschedule when useful.
End active enrollments and preserve the diagnostic event.
Built-in restraint
A queued follow-up should never talk over a person. Norbelys makes the human reply authoritative, even when the next send is seconds away.

Meet NorbeRe: compliance workflow after the next hire
Hi Maya,
Absolutely. I’ll send a short agenda with the compliance workflow examples we mentioned, so you can decide whether the call is useful before it starts.
Would 10:30 your time still work?
David
Connected outcomes
Slack posts the reply outcomes you enable. Connected CRMs can log the reply on the person’s timeline, while the full thread stays in Norbelys.
See integrationsThe practical questions
Yes. Norbelys keeps sent and received messages together and lets you filter the unified message log to inbound replies. Each reply retains its person, campaign and mailbox context, so the team does not have to reconstruct the conversation from separate accounts.
By default, a human reply stops the relevant sequence immediately and cancels any step that was already queued but not sent. A campaign can explicitly choose Keep sending, but that is the exception rather than the default.
Norbelys distinguishes human replies from out-of-office messages, auto-replies, unsubscribes, bounces and complaints. Human intent can then be refined into interested, not interested or uncategorized, so reporting and next actions do not treat every inbound message as a win.
An out-of-office or auto-reply can move the next send past the return time and back into the campaign’s valid sending window. It does not need to inflate reply performance or permanently end a good sequence.
The reply composer can draft from the full conversation. The draft is grounded in the thread, mirrors its language, stays concise and does not invent links or claims. You can edit it, request another take, attach files or write the response yourself.
The outbound reply uses the same connected mailbox and the original message reference, so it remains in the existing email thread instead of arriving as an unrelated new conversation.
Reply events can notify team workflows and sync context to supported CRM integrations. The handoff can include the person, conversation, campaign source, mailbox and classification rather than a context-free alert.
Reply management is included in Norbelys plans from $29/mo. AI reply drafting uses the monthly AI credits included with each plan; when credits run out, Activity and the manual reply workflow continue working.
