More reasonsto ringthe bell.

Norbelys sends every step of your sequences from your own inboxes, follows up on schedule and stops the second someone replies. Your day goes back to the conversations.

8 things due today. You do one.

Everything that eats an SDR’s morning, ticked off before you’ve opened your laptop. What’s left is the reason you took the job.

  • Done by Norbelys: Send today’s first emails

Norbelys sends them from your own inboxes: up to 50 a day from each, 10 minutes apart, inside the hours you pick.

  • Done by Norbelys: Follow up with everyone who went quiet

Each follow-up waits its own delay and goes out in the same thread. The weekend stays quiet.

  • Done by Norbelys: Stop the ones who already answered

A reply stops that person in every campaign. Their coworkers at the same company can wait too, if you like.

  • Done by Norbelys: Check four inboxes for replies

Replies from every mailbox land in one inbox, threaded with the email that started them.

  • Done by Norbelys: Weed out the out-of-office notes

Out-of-office notes and auto-replies are set aside, and the sequence carries on without you.

  • Done by Norbelys: Write a first line for every prospect

Switch on AI for a step and it writes one per person, from the facts you allow it to use.

  • Done by Norbelys: Clean the bounces off the list

Every address is checked right before it sends. Bounces and unsubscribes stick across every campaign.

  • Left for you: Answer the replies

That one’s yours. They’re all in one inbox, the hot ones on top.

Built for the whole floor.

One workspace for the team. Every rep brings their own inboxes and runs their own campaigns, managers hold the keys, and nobody writes to someone a teammate already reached.

A sales floor from above: six reps at desks in two facing rows, each with their own inboxes; by the window the head of sales who owns the workspace, the sales manager who runs it, and a VP at a round table who can look but not change anything; the team bell on the far wall.
  • OwnerEverything, including handing the workspace over or deleting it.
  • AdminEverything else: members, keys, settings, every campaign and every reply.
  • MemberRuns campaigns, works the inbox and connects their own inboxes.
  • ViewerReads everything, changes nothing. Good for the VP who wants a look.

Two reps, one prospect?

A reply stops that person in every campaign. And once a sequence ends, other campaigns wait 72 hours before writing to them, so nobody gets a pile-on.

Live before lunch.

Most of the setup is connecting what you already have. The rest is the sequence you’d write anyway.

  1. 9:00

    Connect your inboxes

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP inbox, in a few clicks. Add a few and sending rotates between them.

  2. 9:10

    Import your list

Drop in the CSV from your CRM or your data provider. Every column becomes a field you can write with.

  3. 9:25

    Write the sequence

Each step gets its own delay and its own versions to test. Switch on AI first lines where you want them.

  4. 9:45

    Start it

A last check comes first: who gets it, the first email, the inboxes it sends from and when it begins.

Can every rep send from their own inbox?

Yes. Each rep connects their own Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP inboxes, and each campaign picks the addresses it sends from, each with its own daily cap and pace.

What counts as a reply?

A message from a person. Out-of-office notes and auto-replies are recognized and set aside, so the sequence carries on. Rules catch bounces and unsubscribes before anything else looks.

What if a prospect is in two reps’ campaigns?

A reply stops them in every campaign by default. And when a sequence ends, other campaigns wait 72 hours before writing to that person.

Does it book the meeting for me?

Not yet. The reply lands in your inbox and you take it from there. Meetings, for turning “let’s talk” into a booked call, is on the way.

Can my manager see my replies?

Yes. Everyone in the workspace reads the same unified inbox, so a teammate can pick up a thread while you’re out. Owners and admins also manage members, keys and settings.

Will it burn my domain?

No tool can promise the inbox, and we won’t pretend to. Norbelys keeps you careful: 50 emails a day per inbox and 10 minutes apart by default, only inside your hours, an optional ramp for new inboxes and a check on every address before it sends.

Where do the leads come from?

From you: a CSV from your CRM or a data provider, or the API. Norbelys doesn’t sell contact data, so there are no credits to buy.
