Campaigns send every step on schedule, from your own inboxes, and stop when someone replies.
Campaign, people and times are examples.

Same thread, its own timing. Each person’s follow-up waits its own delay, and the weekend stays quiet.

Test what works. Split versions evenly, by weight, or let Norbelys pick the winner by replies.
Version B · picked by replies
Then it lets them be. After the last step they leave the sequence, and other campaigns wait 72 hours to write.
Next campaign · 72 h at the earliest
A reply stops everything. By default they leave every campaign at once. Out-of-office notes don’t count as replies.

Every control a campaign has, drawn. People, messages and numbers here are examples.
Pick the days and hours, for the campaign and for each inbox, in one time zone. Off until you set one; the app suggests Mon–Fri, 9 to 5.

The campaign’s window and the inbox’s must both be open before anything goes out.
Each inbox sends at most 50 cold emails a day, 10 minutes apart, and stays under Google’s and Microsoft’s limits.
Give a step up to 50 versions. Split them evenly, by weight, or let Norbelys pick the winner by replies, clicks or opens.
Version B wins on replies
Rules catch bounces, unsubscribes and most auto-replies. AI only weighs in where a person may have written, and whatever it isn’t sure about waits for you in Needs review.
Sorting with AI is off until you turn it on
By default a reply from a person stops them in every campaign. Stop their colleagues at the same company domain too, if you like.
Sounds good. Tuesday at 10?
Turn the ramp on and a new inbox starts at 10% of its cap, then grows to the full cap over 8 clean days.
Off until you turn it on
Auto-replies and out-of-office notes are recognized and set aside, so the sequence just carries on.
I’m out until the 14th. Back with answers then.

Switch on Personalize with AI for a step and it writes the opening from the fields you allow. If anything goes wrong, your own text goes out.
Congrats on the Lisbon launch, Alex.

Owners, admins, members and viewers. The API itself enforces what each one can do.

Sent means it really left. Replies leave out auto-replies. Opens and clicks only count if you turn them on.

Owners, admins and members. Viewers see everything but can’t start or change anything. Starting always shows a last check first: who gets it, the first email, the inboxes it sends from and when it begins.
Yes. An edit makes a new revision: emails not sent yet use it, and anything already sent keeps the version it went out with. Pausing also holds mail that was already queued.
A reply from a person stops their sequence in every campaign by default. You can stop their colleagues at the same email domain too. Out-of-office notes don’t count as replies, so the sequence just carries on.
You decide. Every inbox has a daily cap, 50 by default, and a gap between emails, 10 minutes by default. Norbelys also stays under the daily limits Google and Microsoft set.
Each workspace is kept apart in the database with row-level security, mailbox credentials are encrypted, and access follows four roles. Owners and admins can read a 180-day audit log.
Any time. Export people and their message history as CSV or JSONL. An owner can delete the whole workspace, and it’s erased 30 days later.
