6 inboxes · all working
Run outreach for every client from one login. Each workspace keeps its own mailboxes, people, campaigns and keys, so nothing crosses between brands and Friday’s numbers hold up.
The agency, its clients and the numbers on these reports are examples.

Agencies use one workspace per client. Open a client’s folder and everything in it is theirs, from the inboxes that send to the keys that read it.

Every inbox keeps its own daily cap and gap, and every campaign keeps its client’s hours, in the client’s own time zone. However many inboxes you run, each one writes like a careful person.
The inboxes, names and numbers on this roster are examples.

Bringing a client on is mostly connecting what they already have. The rest is the sequence you’d write for them anyway.
Name it for the client and pick their time zone. It starts empty, with nothing from your other clients in it.
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP, on the client’s own domain. Switch on the ramp for any inbox that’s new.
Drop in the client’s CSV, where every column becomes a field. Then write the steps, or paste the copy they signed off.
A last check first: who gets it, the first email, the inboxes and the hours. Then invite the client to look in.

Yes. Invite them by email to their workspace as viewers. A viewer reads everything in that workspace, from campaigns to replies and numbers, and changes nothing. They never see your other clients.
Yes. Each workspace has its own mailboxes, people, campaigns, keys and webhooks, and the database keeps every workspace’s rows to itself. Switching between clients never mixes them.
Yes. Connect the client’s Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP inboxes to their workspace. Each inbox keeps its own daily cap, gap and hours, and each campaign picks the inboxes it sends from.
One login holds every workspace you belong to. The workspace menu in the top bar switches to another client or starts a new workspace, and each opens on its own overview.
Yes. Export people and history as CSV or JSONL, send any of 19 signed webhook events to your own reporting stack, or pull the numbers through the API, at up to 6,000 requests a minute per workspace.
Each workspace keeps its own people and its own suppressions, so they’re handled separately. A reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe stops that person across the campaigns of the workspace it happened in, not in your other clients’. If they should hear from no one, add them to the other workspace’s suppressions too.
Yes. People are invited workspace by workspace, with a role in each: owner, admin, member or viewer. A teammate can run Kraftwerk’s campaigns without ever seeing Northwind.
