Norbelys looks up every person on your list, from their company’s website to the latest news, and writes the first line you’d write if you had the time. Then it sorts the replies. No prompts, no copy and paste.
Here’s what Norbelys found about Alex. Tick what it may use and watch the first line follow. Untick everything and it writes nothing, rather than make something up.
To Alex Morgan Quick idea for Northwind
Hi Alex,
We help teams like Northwind meet the right partners without months of cold calls. Worth 15 minutes next week?
Facts and lines written for this demo. In the app, switch on Personalize with AI for a step and say in a sentence what the first line should mention.
Every reply, sorted for you.
Norbelys reads every reply and puts it where it belongs: a person, an out-of-office note, an auto-reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe. Anything it isn’t sure about waits for you.

Made-up replies. After an out-of-office note the sequence carries on, and bounces and unsubscribes are never emailed again.
The AI you know, set up for cold email.
Norbelys runs on Claude, so there’s nothing new to learn and no prompts to write. Already living in ChatGPT or Claude? Connect Norbelys and run your outreach from the chat.

Paused. Nothing else goes out until you start it again.
It only says what’s true.
These rules are built into the product. If a line breaks one, Norbelys tries once more, then sends your own words.
It does
Looks up each person before it writes.
Writes the first line the way you ask, from what it found.
Sends your own text if anything goes wrong, so no email waits on it.
Sorts every reply, and asks you when it isn’t sure.
It never
Makes up anything about a person or their company.
Adds a link, an email address or a phone number.
Sees the person’s email address when it writes.
Stops or unsubscribes anyone. Rules and people do that.
Overrules a correction you made.
Your data, handled like it’s yours.
It only sees what it needs, and only when you say so. People and numbers here are examples.
Off until you turn it on.
AI only works where you switch it on: sorting replies for the whole workspace, and first lines step by step.

Included, with a limit.
AI comes with your plan. Each workspace has a monthly limit, so there’s never a surprise bill. If you reach it, emails go out with your own words.
No. There are no prompts to write. Switch it on for a step, say in a sentence what the first line should mention, and Norbelys does the rest.
Where does it look?
At the company’s website and what’s public about the person and their company, like news and job posts, plus anything already in your list. If there’s nothing worth mentioning, your own text goes out instead.
Does AI cost extra?
No. It’s part of the plan. Each workspace has a monthly AI limit, so a big campaign can’t run up a surprise bill.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Connect Norbelys to either one and run your outreach from the chat. Norbelys’s own AI runs on Anthropic’s Claude.
What if it gets something wrong?
A first line that breaks the rules gets one more try, then your own text goes out. A reply it isn’t sure about waits for you, and your corrections always win.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. Sorting replies with AI is off until you turn it on, and first lines only run on the steps where you switch them on.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Neither we nor Anthropic train models on your data or on the people you email. Section 5 of our Privacy Policy lists exactly what the AI sees, and what it never does.
