Hello to every candidate, by name.
Write to every candidate like they’re the only one. Norbelys sends from your own inbox, opens with a line about their work, follows up politely and stops the moment they answer.
Every feature included, AI too. The candidates on this page are examples.

Candidates aren’t leads.
Good people hear from a dozen recruiters a week, mostly in bulk. Yours should read like a note from a person, because it is one. Here’s the view from their side.
They answer, it stops.
Yes, no or not now: a reply from a person stops their sequence in every campaign. Nobody gets a follow-up after they’ve answered.
One click, and they’re out.
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that never expires, and it holds across every campaign you run.

Priya, your async Rust talk
Hi Priya, your talk on async Rust at a meetup last spring was the clearest take on it I’ve heard. We’re building a backend team in Lisbon and I’d love to tell you about it.

Fifty a day, ten minutes apart.
By default each inbox sends at most 50 emails a day, 10 minutes apart. Writing like a person means pacing like one.
Only in working hours.
Pick the days and hours each campaign and inbox may send; the app suggests Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Sunday night stays theirs.
Every role, one inbox.
Run a campaign for each opening, from the inboxes you choose. Every reply checks in at one desk, threaded under the email that started it and marked with its role.

Most of the setup is connecting what you already have. The rest is the note you’d write anyway, written once.
- 9:00
Connect your inbox
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP inbox, in a few clicks. Candidates hear from you, at your own address.
- 9:10
Import your candidates
Drop in the CSV from your ATS or sourcing tool. Every column becomes a merge field you can write with.
- 9:25
Write three short steps
A first note and two polite follow-ups, each with its own delay. Switch on AI first lines where you want them.

A last check comes first: who gets it, the first email, the inbox it sends from and when it begins.
Questions,answered.
Still curious? Read the docs
Can I write from my own work address?
Yes. Connect your Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP and IMAP inbox, and candidates get the email from you, at your address. Their replies come back to that inbox and into Norbelys’s unified inbox.
What happens when a candidate says no?
A reply is a reply. Yes, no or not now, an answer from a person stops their sequence in every campaign, so nobody gets a follow-up after they’ve answered. You take it from there.
Does Norbelys find candidates?
No. You bring the list: a CSV from your ATS or sourcing tool, or people added through the API. Norbelys doesn’t sell contact data or search for people, so there are no credits to buy.
Can hiring managers see the replies?
Yes. Add them as viewers: they can read every campaign and every reply in the workspace, and change nothing. Admins manage members, keys and settings, and the owner can hand the workspace over.
Can candidates opt out?
Always. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that never expires. Once someone unsubscribes, no campaign writes to them again.
Will follow-ups stop if they’re out of office?
No. Out-of-office notes and auto-replies are recognized and set aside, so the sequence carries on as planned. Only a reply from a person stops it.
How personal is the first line?
As personal as the facts you allow. Switch on AI first lines for a step and Norbelys writes one per candidate from their company’s website, what’s public about them, like news and posts, and the columns in your list. If there’s nothing worth mentioning, your own text goes out instead.
