Play thewhole board.

Write to everyone with a say in the deal, from your own inbox. The moment one of them answers, Norbelys can pause the rest of their company, so nobody gets chased twice.

Pausing colleagues at the same company domain is optional, per campaign. Northwind and its people are an example.

Five people at Northwind, one campaign. Here’s the game, move by move, and what Norbelys does at each one.

  1. You write to five people at Northwind. One campaign, five people with a say, every email from your own inbox.
  2. The CFO’s out-of-office doesn’t count.Out-of-office notes and auto-replies are set aside, so the sequence carries on.
  3. The Head of RevOps replies.A reply from a person stops their sequence, in this campaign and in every other.
  4. Everyone else at northwind.co is paused. If you switched on “Stop their colleagues too” for this campaign. It’s off until you do.
  5. Their thread lands in your inbox.Threaded with the email that started it, waiting for your answer.

Your moves, written down.

The recap, the one-pager, the nudge for legal. Write the follow-ups once and Norbelys plays each one on its day, until they answer.

Your CRM stays the source of truth.

Norbelys doesn’t sync with Salesforce or HubSpot by itself. It reports every move as it happens, and your CRM, or the automation tool in front of it, writes it down.

Out, the moment it happens.
Signed webhooks for every reply, stop and send: 19 events, retried for about three days if your end is down.
In, whenever you like.
Add people from your CRM through the REST API and enroll them in a campaign, up to 6,000 requests a minute per workspace.

Your opening, in half an hour.

Most of it is connecting what you already have. The rest is the follow-ups you’d write anyway.

  1. 9:00

    Connect your inbox

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP inbox, in a few clicks. Every email goes out from your own address.

  2. 9:10

    Add the account’s people

Everyone with a say, from a CSV or one at a time. Every column becomes a field you can write with.

  3. 9:20

    Write the follow-ups

The recap, the one-pager, the nudge for legal. Each step gets its own delay and only sends inside your hours.

  4. 9:30

    Pause colleagues, then start

Switch on “Stop their colleagues too”, then start. A last check comes first: who gets it, the first email, the inbox and when it begins.

What exactly does pausing colleagues do?

It’s a switch on each campaign, “Stop their colleagues too”, off until you turn it on. Then a reply from one person stops that campaign for everyone else in it at the same email domain. The person who replied is stopped in every campaign, as always.

Do out-of-office replies pause anything?

No. Out-of-office notes and auto-replies are recognized and set aside, so the sequence carries on and nobody’s colleagues are paused. Only a reply from a person counts.

Will the emails come from my own address?

Yes. Connect your own Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP inbox and every step goes out from it. Replies come back to it, and into your Norbelys inbox, threaded.

Does it sync with Salesforce or HubSpot?

Not natively, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Signed webhooks tell your CRM or automation tool about every reply, stop and send, and the REST API lets you add people from your CRM. You wire it once, with an automation tool or a little code.

Can I send a one-off email from Norbelys?

Not yet. Norbelys sends sequences; for a single email, write from your inbox as usual. Mail, for one-off emails, is on the way.

Does it book the meeting?

Not yet. The reply lands in your inbox and you take it from there. Meetings, for turning “let’s talk Thursday” into a booked call, is on the way.

Can my manager see my threads?

If they’re in your workspace, yes. Every workspace has four roles: owner, admin, member and viewer. A manager can be an admin who runs it or a viewer who reads everything and changes nothing, and members can be limited to their own inboxes.
